Pros: The property was in a lovely location, we saw lots of manatees from the deck and found the property to be really spacious and calm.

Beautiful riverside location - lovely accommodation - need a car to get to central areas

Pros: Beautiful riverside location. Great facilities, beautiful accommodation. Took about 45 min walk to Las Olas Boulevard. As a residential area better to have a car.

Cons: No tea or coffee (there was herbal tea). We got there quite late (8pm) and the only nearby shop was shut so couldn’t get anything.

Pros: An amazing stay, beautiful property right on the canal with a great view and beautiful yachts sailing by regularly. The home was beautiful.

Cons: The home was beautiful. The only complaint we would have is that the floors were filthy. The rest of the house was spotless!

Pros: Unique property and well suited for my needs on business travel. I didn't rate the quality of the staff as there are none except for the booking. I look forward to returning at some point in 2026!

I loved my stay here and the host answers the phone and help you as much as they can

Pros: Great scenery very clean very nice neighborhood and neighbors

Cons: Mosquitoes outside by the water but anywhere with water will have mosquitoes so just make sure u bring bug off spray if you like sitting outside

Relaxing stay while watching the boats go by.

Pros: Gorgeous location on the river, hey to see the real Fort Lauderdale. Lots of comfy lounge areas. Kitchen has all of your needed items for cooking, coffee, toaster, blender.

Cons: Lots of rules, but I can understand why when so many people abuse accommodations.

Little gem in Ft Lauderdale

Pros: We loved the view from the sun room and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the dock watching the yachts go by. We also saw a momma manatee and her baby swim by the dock. I love how the interior house was decorated and it had everything that we needed.

Cons: Needs to be more signage and lighting to find it if arriving in the dark.
