Safe, clean, comfortable, barebones place to stay on a budget

Pros: Excellent place to stay for one night between stops. The place was clean, easy to access and conveniently located near the Fort Lauderdale airport and cruise ports. There are no amenities. It was what I would describe as an adult hostel. There wasn't much interaction with other guests but we could have had interaction if we wanted. We would stay again.

Cons: There isn't a lot of noise privacy. We could hear most conversations guests were having in the common area. It didn't bother me too much as I sleep with ear buds that blocked the sound. We functioned under the assumption that any conversation we had could also be heard outside our room. Even with that most guests were quiet and there wasn't a lot of noise from other travelers.

Great value and very clean and comfy accommodations.

Pros: Very clean and modern. Great for one night before a cruise. Small, but comfortable room. It’s like staying in a nice, clean hostel for older folks.

Pros: Very pleasant and well-kept home. The other tenants were kind and quiet, which is good when you have business and rest is necessary for early morning meetings. I actually left my cologne in the bathroom, and after a week of being gone, the management retrieved it and sent it to me. Speaks a lot to the character of the tenants that come there and the staff. DEFINITELY will be staying there on my return to Ft. Lauderdale.

Sachant les exigeances d’heures d’arrivée ce serait un endroit où je retournerais avec des amis puisqu’il y a plusieurs

Pros: La cuisinette est agréable, le quartier est résidentiel, près de l’aéroport et pas trop loin des bateaux. Il y a un lac/parc proche très joli.

Cons: Nous sommes arrivées trop tôt le matin ça c’est sûr… j’ai appelé au numéro mentionné et même après avoir expliqué mon cas et fait la demande de pouvoir entrer ma grosse valise pour ne pas avoir à la traîner avec moi, parce que notre bus est de repartir pour visiter Fort Lauderdale jusqu’à 3 heures, alors que je suis devant la porte, sans vérifier mon identité pour trouver une solution on m’a dit : Revenez à 3 heures! J’ai alors eu à me débrouiller avec ma valise jusqu’à 3 heures. Pour ce qui du reste tout était parfait.

Pros: Me gustó la ubicacion de la casa y la limpieza y decoración del lugar. El acceso fue muy sencillo y practico al llegar.

Cons: No me gusta que la habitación no cuente con baño privado. Solo cuenta con 2 baños en donde solo 1 le funciona la ducha.

Couples pleasant retreat

Pros: The house was super clean, neat, very well put together, we immediately felt the effort the owners put in to make the customers stay a pleasant one. Our room was compact but very cute and comfortable.

Cons: I CAN'T say i disliked anything, but if I had to try and find something wrong with it I'd only be able to knock the size of our room. Keep in mind that it was the smallest room they offered, but it met our needs with ease and it was a very satisfying experience

Would recommend and will visit again.

Pros: Everything, except just having to share bathrooms. But loved the fact that they are cleaned each day. I'm super grateful for that.

Pros: Location and neighborhood for sure. The place was very clean and relaxing
