Outside of the unexpected charge, the stay was very enjoyabe.

Pros: The property had a large and well equipped gym, pool and beach area.

Cons: We were not aware that we had to pay $139 per day mandatory fee to use the gym, pool and beach.

Great rooom with nice view and excellent location.

Pros: I love that property. Amazing customer service. Oliver is amazing and very helpful person. He done everything to comfort our stay. Clean and very large room with plenty of towels to change. Great resort facilities to. Large and warm swimming pool, friendly staff. Excellent location and room have amazing views. I’m absolutely satisfied with everything and I’ll will definitely come back again.

Cons: The only thing is need to change microwave as we didn’t manage to make it work.

Pros: El departamento es muy lindo y bien tenido, la vista increíble!!!! Llegamos de noche y el personal nos atendió increíble, la playa preciosa y la piscina cumple. El anfitrión siempre atento a nuestras preguntas, teníamos todo lo que necesitabamos

Hervorragendes Apartment in toller Lage

Pros: Es hat einfach alles gepasst: Der Vermieter meldete sich genau zum richtigen Zeitpunkt, Bezahlung und Arrangement mit der Rezeption erfolgte prompt und als wir ankamen, konnten wir uns nach einem kurzen check-in auch gleich wie zu Hause fühlen. Die Menschen im Ressort sind einfach immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal an welcher Stelle. Beim Parken stand das Auto sehr schnell bereit und die Leute waren extrem freundlich. Sehr schön war auch die große Poollandschaft. Wir haben diese wegen des Wetters zwar nicht benutzt, für die wenigen Gäste, die dort waren, wurde aber der gleiche Service bereitgestellt wie wenn die Sonne gestrahlt hätte. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Blick auf die Bay vom Balkon, der sogar bis zur Ecke ging. Und es gab neben einer guten allgemeinen Ausstattung auch gute Pflegeprodukte - wirklich top.

Pros: This apartment has everything anyone on vacation would need.Very clean,has all kitchen bathroom supplies needed for the staycation and the view is amazing.You wake up to the sound of the ocean.In addition you have access to the hotel gym,the three pools,the Sunny Isles Beach and the owner is very responsive and on call if you need anything or if you have an inquiry. The apartment is so well kept and is another hotel itself.In addition its surrounded with so many restaurants and waiting places ,the mini shops / Delhi,CVS and all these are within 3-5 minutes walking distance.Its worth the price.Thank you and if I ever visit Miami I will definitely choose this apartment.
