Pros: The apartment is very spacious with fully equipped kitchen. If you have a problem with anything in the apartment Sergio would sort this out for you immediately. A/C works perfectly fine and there is no need to use it overnight as this place it’s cool down enough during the night. The beds are a bit squeaky but wasn’t a problem. Swimming pool is well maintained as much as everything else. Supermarket is 20 minutes walking distance of the flat. Parking is assigned to the flat you just need to know at the reception that you got a car.

Cons: Toilet flashing mechanism needs to be changed as I had to fix one of them every day. At the reception you need to pay check in fee which I think it should be clearly mention on booking website.

Pros: Lapartement et lhotel est tres propre , le stationement accesible en tout temps , hotel pres de la plage , les magasins ,restaurants. Je recomande

Cons: Le balcon na pas ete accesible du a des renovation exterieur, lorsquil on terminer il on debarer tout les portes des balcon mais on oublier le notre.Meme apres avoir aviser la reception rien na ete fait. Domage !! Mais nous avons eu un excellent sejours quand meme.

Pros: La atención de Sergio. Servicial desde el momento de la reserva y días antes de la llegada ofreciendo solucionar cualquier consulta. Departamento grande. Eramos 6. Todo perfecto

Pros: Todo muy bien, cocina muy bien equipada, habitaciones grandes, camas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio, a 2 cuadras de la playa, WIFi funcionó perfecto en todo el departamento. La pileta grande y muy amplio el lugar de las reposeras

Cons: List said 3 bathrooms and there were only 2, which was fine but misleading.

La pasamos muy bien.

Pros: El departamento muy amplio, cómodo y bien equipado. Buen parking. Excelente personal de recepción. Piscina agradable.

Cons: Era un primer piso y tal vez no tenía una vista demasiado interesante.

Pros: Großes Apartment, welches aus zwei Apartments zusammen gelegt wurde. Das kleine Apartment hat zwei Doppelbetten in einem Zimmer, einer Küchenzeile und einem Wannenbad. Das große Apartment hat ein Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, eine große Küche, ein Wohn- Essbereich und ein Duschbad. Alles sauber, Betten bequem. Küche gut ausgestattet. Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool. Wohnung liegt im 2 OG. Parkplatz ist in dem Parkhaus, Zugang direkt zum 2 OG vorhanden. Pool ist gepflegt und wird mit den anderen Hausbewohnern geteilt. Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand.

Cons: Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hätte besser sein können. Wir haben z.B. ziemlich lange den Parkplatz gesucht. Dies könnte besser erklärt werden. Die Bettgestelle sind schon sehr herunter gekommen. Handtuchhalter war im Bad abgebrochen und nicht ersetzt worden. Die Rollos sind auch schon sehr veraltet. Hier müsste mal etwas investiert werden, dann wäre es top.

Pros: Ótima estrutura do apartamento , condomínio maravilhoso com loja de conveniência,academia e várias lojas boas ao redor. Anfitrião educado e sempre solicito. Parabéns.

Cons: O box do banheiro vaza água por baixo e molha o banheiro e pode ser reparado. Mas é limpo e tudo novo.
