Nice cosy apartment in a good location for Miami Beach

Pros: Location is very close to the beach plus good cafes and coffee shops close to apartment. Host was friendly and accommodating. I found the bed to be very comfortable. Two big TVs. Air conditioning and fans. Small kitchen which was good cooking simple meals. WIFI is very good!

Cons: Nothing really not to like, but I think it is only fair to comment. The apartment needs perhaps a little updating, eg the table in the living room is all chipped. Cooking utensils are a tad scrappy and a haphazard array of items (just need to get rid of what wont be used and leave a basic set for guests). As it is an apartment and not a hotel, it is expected for us to clean up dishes which is not the problem for us, but it is that the previous guests perhaps did not clean the dishes to a decent standard (we cleaned again the dishes we needed). This is not a reflection on the property, just stating a fact. I also think that the towels need to be cleaned like they are for hotels as there is a tendency for them to become stale as they are not refreshed throughout the duration. There are laundry facilities on the 4th floor which you will need detergent for (detergent for 2x washes provided in the apartment which was enough for us) and payment to a card by cash through a machine - it is ok. Finally, on the day if departure, the elevator was broken and we had to take all our cases and luggage down four floors!

Pros: Fantastic apartment right in the center of Miami beach with a lot of bars and food options. Beautiful beach right across the street and host was very accommodating, helped us with earlier check in, we really appreciate it Please also was sparkly clean upon arrival. Thanks again !

Pros: Great apartment and amazing location. Just steps to the beach apartment is nicely furnished, and very bright as on the pictures. Host is is very accommodating definitely reccomend this place

Geweldig appartement

Pros: Het was erg makkelijk om het appartement te vinden. Er waren duidelijke instructies van de host over de codes. Het appartement heeft een uitstekende lokatie. Het is een rustige omgeving, twee minuten lopen naar het strand en een korte rit naar Ocean Drive. De communicatie met de host was uitstekend. De host reageerde snel en vriendelijk. Wij zouden zeker terug willen komen, als we nog een keer in Miami zijn.

Cons: De Wi-Fi is een beetje traag.

Pros: Great apartment right on the beach to stay. Tastefully designed Has bit of a ocean view from living room window. A lot of bars and restaurants. Definitely worth every penny

Pros: Ubicación excelente, la playa muy cercana, hay locales comerciales cerca, hay buenos restaurantes. El servicio de transporte es cercano y exactos para viajar a todo Miami

Cons: El sofá cama estaba en mal estado. Se pudo abrir, y no quisimos cerrarlo todos los días, para evitar daños. El anfitrión debe dar más características de lo que cuenta el hotel para lograr una estancia cómoda. Para no descubrirlas tardíamente
