Just perfect

Pros: Location in south beach to beach and restaurants Room is good size Fantastic views of the city Beach chairs, umbrella and towels Safe on beach and in neighbourhood

Good base, good value and comfortable.

Pros: We have stayed here before and have loved it. The unit was great value compared to hotel prices and was a comfortable place to stay.

Cons: the unit itself was a little ‘tired’ and ready for updating. some areas like skirting could have been cleaner and we didn’t find crockery etc till our last day. That said compared to the cost of the hotel, the apartment was great value.

Appartement spacieux et agréable : parfait !

Pros: Superbe appartement, bien situé au bord de la plage. Très propre, spacieux avec une vraie table pour prendre les repas et des lits très confortables. Le personnel de l’hôtel dont nous ne dépendions pas ont néanmoins été très sympathiques et arrangeants. Les contacts ont été parfaits, toujours quelqu’un pour arranger notre voyage. Photos très conformes au logement. Et petit truc en plus : une laundry gratuite, tellement pratique lors d’un road trip !

Cons: Légèrement excentré du centre de Miami Beach qui est simple de rallier par Ocean Drive ou le bord de mer.

Cons: Erg Gehorig je hoort leidingen van naast liggende appartementen wat wel storend kan zijn

Pros: Condo lumineux et propre. L’emplacement est idéal! Tout se fait à pied! Très bonne communication avec Joe!! Nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation!

We loved the unit, the cleanliness, and the location.

Pros: We had a wonderful time. The location of the place was excellent, and the room was beautiful, clean, and had a comfortable bed.

Cons: The only inconvenience we experienced was the absence of a complimentary water bottle in the room. When we inquired at the front desk, we were informed that since the hotel does not own the property, they are unable to provide us with one, even if we were willing to pay for it. Additionally, the front desk staff could have been more welcoming and accommodating.

Pros: The location was outstanding, right in the middle of everything. Nikki Beach was outstanding.

Cons: I can't think of anything.

Pros: Výborná lokalita, méně hlučná část Ocean drive a přímo u pláže. Hotelový bazén v hezkém a klidném prostředí s občerstvením a s obsluhou, lehátka s povlečením a osuškami.

Cons: Bez snídaně v ceně.

Pros: The location was perfect! I only stayed one night on my way through to another place but it was great for what I needed! The reception staff were super friendly and helpful, the facilities were great and the bed was so comfortable. I had great night sleep. I’m travelling solo so having everything so close and made so easy was exactly what I needed. Thank you!
