1 bedroom in the BEST location in South Beach !

Good

Pros: Liked the location, close to the beach and some nice restaurants downstairs. Fully equipped kitchen. Great to have a microwave and big fridge. Clean apartment. Bathroom shampoo and soap included. Beach towels available. Also beach chairs, but they were quite rusty and looked dirty/old inside so we didn't end up using them. Hair dryer and ironing board available. Host was easily available and responsive.

Cons: Although not facing a busy street, it was still quite noisy at night, windows are not insulated at all, they don't attach properly to the wall. The AC was on at all times making it comfortable in the living room, but the air does not reach the bedroom well, had to use the fan in the bedroom. Comfortable pull-out sofa bed but the upholstery was very stained. Glad we had clean sheets to use. Shower water pressure quite low. Some construction going on across the hall at another apartment which made it noisy at times, and created paint fumes in the hall and apartment. Fyi this apartment is part of a condo building.

Great place in an excellent location.

Pros: Ideal location - just a stone throw from South Beach and all the pubs/restaurants. Property was clean, with good air conditioning and even had things to enjoy the beach (chairs, beach towels etc). All in all a great property, with excellent communication from the owners. Great value for money.

Muy buena ubicacion, ideal para estadias en South Beach.

Pros: Zona centrica muy cerca de donde necesitabamos estar en South Beach. Pudimos subir nuestras valijas en el ascensor, lavar ropa en el edificio. El sofá es una cama adicional muy buena, el aire funciona muy bien y los servicios tambien. Fuimos en Auto y lo dejamos a la vuelta en el parking publico que nos costó 39 dolares los dos dias (bastante accesible).

Endroit parfait pour visiter Miami Beach

Pros: Proximité avec le front de mer, beaucoup de restaurant et boutique d'alimentation dans les alentours. Facile d'accès avec arrêt de bus proche. Je recommande vraiment l'établissement!!

Cons: Rien à signaler

Pros: Le logement était très propre à moins de 10 minutes de la plage. Frigo micro onde gazinière présents Échange très agréable avec les propriétaires

Cons: Malheureusement la machine à laver n'est pas dans l'appartement mais sur l'étage. Impossible d'avoir accès à une carte même avec l'aide des propriétaires. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres Manque un peu de vaisselle Table trop juste pour 4 adultes

Pros: Todo perfecto, las instalaciones y el equipamiento del departamento eran lo que esperábamos. Paolo y Anna fueron muy amables en todo momento y estuvieron a disposición por mensaje durante toda la estadía. Hice una compra por internet que se retrasó, llegó luego del check-out y ellos me ayudaron para no perder el paquete. Muy recomendable.

Pros: L’emplacement était juste parfait ! Les indications pour le logement aussi et tout était présent dedans rien à dire ! Je suis ravis d’avoir logé ici et je recommanderai ce logement à tout le monde. Allez y les yeux fermés

Szuper szállás

Pros: A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész, mindenre azonnal válaszolt. Az apartman szép, igényesen berendezett, tiszta. Közel van a parthoz, rengeteg étterem van a környéken, minden kényelmesen elérhető.

Cons: A fürdőben elég gyenge a víznyomás, és fix a zuhanyrózsa, ami kicsit megnehezítette a zuhanyzást.

Super emplacement

Pros: Idéalement situé pour un séjour à Miami. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et pu faire de belles balades le long de la plage ainsi que flâner le long de Washington avenue.
