Deluxe waterfront one bedroom apartment with Miami Skyline view

Pros: Great location, spotless clean apartment with well equipped kitchen and super comfy bed. We saw dolphins swimming in the water from our balcony. Highly recommend.

Pros: The view from the apartment is amazing. Indoor’s very spacious and clean.

Pros: Mona was always available when we had questions. She took great care of us. The flat is beautiful and has great views.

All around good place

Pros: The apartment is nice spacious, privately owned, well equipped, we stayed 2 nights. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice.

Cons: Only complaint which is personal preference is the bed is small and an extremely soft mattress . If you like a soft bed this is the place for you .

Pros: I booked for 2 weeks and it was awesome! It's well located and the view is amazing. I highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at deluxe waterfront one bedroom apartment. It almost felt like a home away from home. Even if it seems a little away from things, you can easily get around using the bus or Uber. Mona was super welcoming and answered my questions promptly. The place was clean and it is very quiet which we enjoyed.

Nice Apartment in fantastic location

Pros: Very good location and nice view from the balcony over the bay to Miami Skyline in the distance. Quiet house. Modern and functional equipment (and it looks like they still upgrade). The information to get in the Apartment is good and detailed, but for International Travellers without mobile Internet in the US to late as they already on the way. As their is now public WiFi close by, you have to drive a few miles to find a public WiFi or be lucky that someone does a Hotspot on his mobile so we could downloaded the information.

Cons: There were 2 points that prevented the 10 Star rating: - Cleanliness: 150 USD are charged for cleaning the Apartment and most of the areas are clean. But if you lay for example someting on the fridge that will get the collected dirt of dust and kitchen cooking of weeks. - Double bed: The matrass is so soft that if you have at least one or two big persons (> 180 lbs), sleeping become very uncomfortable. Nevertheless it is a recommondation and if the owner speaks to the cleaning Service and get another matrass in (or at next refurbishment a King Size Bed as space is there) it would be a definete 10!!!

Pros: Het appartement was zeer mooi, groot en netjes met een prachtig zicht op de baai en skyline van Miami. Alles was aanwezig in het appartement, handdoeken, bedlakens, kruiden, koffie en thee in de keuken. Downtown Miami was zeer gemakkelijk te bereiken met de wagen en aan het appartement konden we ook gratis parkeren.

Beautiful place!

Pros: Amazing, beautiful apartment! The moment we opened the door we were shocked by the cleanliness, decor, kitchen and rooms equipment. The location is very safe, quiet, with beautiful view of Miami. The city bus stops on the other side of the street, so we didn't have to use our car. There is no problem with parking on the premises. WE HIGHLY RECOMENDED THIS PLACE!

Pros: Très bel appartement bien situé. Après s'être habitué au lit king size, celui ci est un peu petit mais très confortable. Très bien équipé.
