Ocean Front Units at Miami Beach

Great stay for location to everywhere gorgeous beach and pool area great value for money

Pros: Good location lovely views of the beach and lovely swimming pool

Cons: Not enough equipment could do with some glasses we had to go and buy plastic ones

Pros: The room is not very fresh and needs some cosmetic repairs. However, it has a good location and a friendly host

Pros: Great location with a nice pool and opposite the beach. Easy to check in. Cooking facilities within the room were good too.

Cons: The apartment was a little old and showed its age but was perfectly comfortable and had all the facilities that we needed.

Pros: It was wonderful to spend the 7 days of my vacation here, the apartment was very clean, the view was wonderful, it had an incredible view of the pool and the sea!!! I can't wait to come back!!! Alex, thank you for everything.

Pros: Great location - on the beach and good pool. Good to have the beach chairs and towels.

Pros: We had a great time there! Yes the building needs renovation and they are actually doing work to improve. But you get everything that you need for the price! The landlord is very responsive to your queries. The pool is decent size, the beach is opposite the hotel, they provide beach towels and chairs. Don't let the bad reviews stop you from booking.

Cons: There are loads of things that could be improved but nothing during our stay that we didn't like.

Location is Amazing. The actual building is so-so.

Pros: Location can not be beat! Beachfront with direct access.Views were amazing. Huge heated pool. Full kitchen with included service wear so we could cook or own meals. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There was extra beach towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs to use.

Cons: This is not a luxury hotel. In fact, it was fairly run down, which was fine for us, but it would be a deal breaker for others. It rained heavily during our stay and the elevators stopped working so we needed to use the stairs, which wasn't fun. Parking was $40 a night, valet only.

Very nice, could be better with more manteinance.

Pros: Location is perfect, a lot of businesses very close to the hotel and just walk less than a minute to reach the beach. The host also give us a pair of chairs and umbrella to use on the beach.

Cons: The property looks old and needs a little bit more of manteinance, and also the building in general looks old, private use like housing leave weird smells arround the halways.

The apartment is absolutely ok - a nice view from the window onto Miami Street and even the ocean ;)

Pros: The apartment fully met our expectations - large enough for 5 people, nice view from the window of Miami Street, Allison Island and even a little view of the ocean and the sunrise over it ;)

Pros: Everything was perfect. Super Close to the beach loved the pool. Room was just right.

Cons: We needed more pillows 😂
