Lovely hotel and room, great for all the family to relax.

Pros: Lovely space for us to stay, the hotel was very spacious and lots of different areas for relaxation , eating etc .

Cons: House keeping is charged for check out clean but you need to give 24 hours for a clean during stay . Would just be easier if the housekeeping passed by every other day. However this didn’t dampen our fabulous stay !!

Great Place , everything is as described, will definately be back!

Pros: I loved most things about this place. My favourite was the view. It was spacious and well-appointed. Loved the balcony! Did i mention the view :) I liked that it was high up. The bathroom, fridge, and microwave were all nice too. The service was also very good. The check-in process was a breeze! The bed was super comfy. I liked the living area and TV too. The mini-bar was convenient although a bit pricey. There was a lot of closet space and a full iron and iron board which was easier to use. There was a safe and ample pillows and seating. Location was great for me since i was there for a business conference. Room service was great too! Pools , lobby and general surroundings were top notch! I even got a free spa service but unfortunately I didn't get to use it because by the time I got back from the conference at night, the spa was closed.

Cons: Hard to find something I didnt like. Only thing i can think of was that the mini-bar prices were way high and that they dont tell you before you book about the amount of money that will be held on your card and the cleaning fee. You are only told after you book.

Relaxing, spacious room with great hotel amenities (multiple pools, spa pools in the outside area)

Pros: Spacious room. Included daily access to the spa. Staff were at main entry points to ask directions. Refresh lounge available if you checked out but were leaving later (access to pools and area to take a shower).

Cons: Drinks were very pricey at the pool. About $25 per drink including gratuity. I wish the breakfast buffet at Vida offered a few different items every day. We only went to the buffet once since the menu was the same every day for breakfast (weekends they have fried chicken).
