Great Value for money in spacious comfortable apartment right at North Beach.

Pros: Apartment is spacious. Wifi and airco are perfect. Place has three bathrooms. Small walk to the beach. You can reach all parts of Miami easy by Uber. Parking turned out not to be free but host mentioned this in time and even compensated parking costs (because the add mentioned it to be free). Parking tip: park on beach park at 75th street and use the app. Parking is $1 an hour between 8-23, you can do max $10 at one time but when using the app you can recharge without going to your car.

Cons: Minor points of attention: Place has no own terrace, you can use public space in front of the apt which has a few benches and is shared by the 8 apts. Parking when using the app is $15 per day.

Pros: Bona ubicació, llits molt còmodes, bona relació qualitat preu, molt bona comunicació amb el propietari, quan tens una necessitat o dubte respon al moment i t'ajuda amb tots els dubtes. Molt ben comunicat amb el resta de Miami beach (trolley bus gratuit a la porta)

Cons: Crec que l'equipacio de la cuina es correcte per 6-7, justa per a 9 persones i els llits auxiliars del menjador comencen a estar antics. En canvi el sofa llit es comode .

Overall our stay was great. Our coffee pot stopped working and I messaged the owner and they were there within 5 minutes

Pros: We liked that it was close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Cons: It is listed with “free” parking but we had to pay for parking each day.

Pros: Fue mi primera ves viajando a Miami y fue otro lugar favorito para ir el otro año, Me gusto tanto que estaba todo cerca, la playa las tiendas. Restaurantes, y la comodidad de salir a caminar asta largas horas de la noche

Cons: El estar es un poco pequeño Es desagradable que se cuelgue en todo el pasillo del complejo tanto en barandas como sobre los arbustos la ropa de blanco como de los distintos ocupantes de los departamentos

One night by the beach with family

Pros: Room for our family group of 5 adults and 5 children for the night. Walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants. The host was very responsive and quick. We were very grateful to be able to check in early!

Cons: Water pressure in showers was low. Keurig did not work and leaked water out of it. Could have used more shelving in the bathrooms and one of the bedroom doors would stick.

Pros: Fantastyczne miejsce na pobyt i zwiedzanie Miami, blisko plaża i wszystko co potrzeba. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.
