Pros: Convenient location, fully equipped kitchen, full access to the hotel's amenities.

Cons: Weird buzzing coming out of the fridge or the AC unit at random times, even at night, causing some disturbing.

#1205 - Marenas Resort

Pros: Definitely recommend! The location is excellent for the price and was just as pictured. Quiet and family oriented, but within driving distance of everything. The host communicated well advising of what to expect and during our stay. Direct access to the beach. The room is on the side of the resort, but has a full view of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom, as well as part of the bay in the opposite direction. Staff was awesome. Valet was quick and courteous, yet sometimes anxious.

Cons: This is a no smoking facility, even on the balcony. I expected no smoking in the room. But the balcony??? There were designated areas outside the resort. Wish I would have known about the resort fees and valet at booking, but the host immediately advises you after booking to prepare you. Had trouble with the refrigerator. It was not cold, and I was unable to adjust the settings. Kept everything cool in the freezer. Nothing ever froze, just cooled. This next thing may be just a preference of mine, but the tub needs resurfacing, and a few spots of tile and sink grout need scrubbing. I was skeptical about the slip resistant mat because of germs. But overall, the bathroom was alright. I would definitely rent again from this host.

Pros: Loved the location of the hotel, in particular the room and the views that came with it. Loved that you had ocean views and city views of Sunny Isles and that the room had a full kitchen. the bed if as comfy and the bedroom had blackout curtains to make it easy to fall asleep for our baby.

Cons: I wish the property would have provided more plates, utensils, maybe some condiments as well as higher end paper towels and toilet paper.
