Pros: Good price-quality ratio and lovely staff. Beach towels were provided and housekeeping was available upon request.

Cons: Unfortunately, the floors were extremely dirty — kids’ feet turned black within seconds.

Perfect location and great communication

Pros: Location, communication, value for money, extras that were provided like shampoo and washing up liquid. Super comfy beds. Free of charge storage service for baggage before checking in.

Cons: Shower only lukewarm, musty smell coming from kitchen and looking a little run down.

2 mins from South Beach

Pros: The location was fantastic! Easier than i thought to find. Literally 2 mins from the main south beach, 5 mins walk from bus /trolley routes so if without a car really convenient. Very quiet place to stay, we had a large room with plenty of space.

Cons: Kitchen could have been cleaner and had a few more useful utensils. Need more coat hangars for a family. These are very small things in the grand scheme as it was a great place to stay.

Pros: it is near south beach and easily walk to play there, access to lots of bar for food.

Cons: parking per day is a little expensive, no elevator for customers with heavy luggages.

Pros: The location of the hotel, all the staff at the reception and the cleaning were absolutely sensational. I have to praise the harder mattress on the bed, which made for a good sleep. + grate selection of TV programs + beach towel service

Great location!

Pros: Excellent location close to the beach, resteraunts & shops, basic room but that is all we needed for 2 nights prior to a cruise, no safe so we carried our passports around which wasn't ideal. Good value for the location.
