High Floor Ocean view Unit In Brickell

A beautiful Miami experience with stunning views

Pros: People who booked this unit apparently either loved or hated it. I've just spent 2 weeks there and can say it is neither a 1 nor a 10 but a solid 8. Location in the heart of Brickell, balcony with stunning bay and city views and amenities such as several pools with different temperatures, gym and gaming room are amazing. The interior design is very Miami so I instantly felt at home. Loved the fully equipped kitchen, allows you to cook proper meals. Comfy bed and lots of furniture on the very big balcony. Host is very responsive and solves problems the same day. Those who comment about having made negative experiences in communication with the hosts probably just did something to annoy them, Miami at times has a special vibe you better understand 😉 All in all I enjoyed my stay very much and value for money ratio is okay by Miami standards. Would definitely recommend it unless you are somebody who can't live with the fact that the building is a bit dated.

Cons: It is a rather old building and some features are in need of an update. Please change couch and carpet asap. What's just downright obnoxious and needs to be mentioned is the additional 52$ fee one is asked to pay instantly after finalising booking and payment, I hope they change that policy which I am pretty sure is against this websites guidelines. It gives a bad vibe and fishy feeling about the booking experience which is totally unnecessary, cause Cristina the host was very in touch and responded immediately. I had some minor repair requirements during my stay and she arranged for same day replacement. I don't quite understand why there seems to be a second agency involved who send generic messages and ask the same questions again.

Pros: The cleanliness, location and views and facilities

Comfortable apartment with gorgeous view

Pros: Spacious apartment with large balcony and spectacular views of Miami city and the sea. The photos on booking.com are accurate. The apartment is located in a tall building with a mixture of other short-stay and residential properties so it gets busy at the reception. Reception staff were generally friendly and they can keep your luggage on checkout for a fee of $5 per item. The location is ideal in the heart of Brickell and at walking distance from restaurants, cafes and the city centre shopping mall. The bed and the sofa were super comfy.

Cons: There was no recycling bin for the building which I think is unacceptable in this day and age. There is a patch on the bathroom wall and large stain on the shower curtain giving the bathroom a bit of a shabby look. The sheets were slightly creased - as if someone had already lied there - on my arrival. Finally, the bathtub and kitchen sink drained very slowly causing water to turn into a paddle.

Very satisfied

Pros: Amazing location and apartment. I normally stay in hotels, but this apartment is double the size, has a proper bath and amazing balcony. The Jacuzzi and pool outdoors was a great way to spend some time.

Cons: The initial interaction with the property manager wasn't great. I was asked to pay additional fees and was given access to property after asking many times, on the day of check-in.

Cons: Le balcon terrasse serait plus accueillant et utilisable avec un mobilier en meilleur état et de la lumière.

Pros: El departamento completo es muy bonito. La vista es hermosa, camas comodas, muy limpio, muy bonitas áreas comunes (alberca,gimnasio,área de juegos,etc.) Y una excelente ubicación, regresaremos pronto. Ya habíamos estado en este edificio en otros departamentos en otras ocasiones y sin embargo este ha sido el mejor.

Pros: La vue sur la baie est exceptionnelle Situé au 33eme étage L'appartement est situé au cœur de Brickell avec toutes commodités à proximité Wi-Fi ok Lit XXL Magasins en bas du building et restaurants sympas à Brickell et centre commercial Place de parking au 11ème etage (compter 8mn pour l'ascension) Il faut juste payer 50 dollars pour avoir accès aux 2 piscines, au jacuzzi, à la salle de sport et au parking Service de conciergerie : très pratique pour garder les bagages le jour du départ (compter 5 euros par valise) Métrooiver gratuit à 10 mn à pied

Cons: Bruits constants des clim des autres bâtiments quand fenêtres ouvertes Salle de bains fonctionnelle mais un peu vieillotte Le sèche cheveux fonctionne mais vieillot

Pros: Great Location and Great View - - VERY quiet. Building and unit were both kept very clean and was in a GREAT location. Walking distance to a number of places with great sites to see and there's conveniently a 7/11 located on the property for any last minute items or quick bites to eat.

Cons: Parking Garage is VERY tight -- I recommend the smallest vehicle you can accomodate to have some ease getting to your assigned space.
