We can fully recommend this place

Pros: We could book this beautiful apartment on a very short notice as the apartment we have originally booked trough booking. com was uninhabitable due to a persistent cockroach infestation. The location is great, you have amazing views from the balcony (you can even spot manatees from up there) and it was spotlessly clean. Free trolley stop is right in front of the building.

Cons: The price for early check in was quite expensive, so we did not consider it.

Nice stay with good view

Pros: The location was good, the property is big and has a nice view. The staff were kind enough to clean the apartment on our request since the floor was not clean enough to enjoy the apartment. There was dishwasher tablet and some detergents to wash dirty clothes which was cool. There was everything what you need for your stay except floor cleaning issue.

Cons: There was no house keeping due to which the floors get dirty very quickly and then it is bit uncomfortable specially with a kid. The cleaning supplies at apartment itself was not clean enough to use. I would suggest to add daily cleaning cost in the price and then it is all good.

Pros: Apartment location, view, facilities were all great.

Cons: It would be better to have received a check in guidance text/email before arrival. Guidance notes on how to use the apartment TV would have been appreciated.

Great location. Clean apartment and secure building. Apartment exceeded my expectations.

Pros: Positives: The size of the rooms in the apartment and the size of the apartment, itself. The building security, cleanliness, concierge staff, the stores attached to the building, the workout center, the sauna. Didn't have time to use the pool, but that is a plus for the building as well. The location was great for what we needed and much less in cost, than if we had stayed closer to the competition venue. Close to the Mover Metro for free and easy transportation to Bay Front Beach for the Miami Wodapalooza Crossfit comp. We had a little issue with the dishwasher when we arrived, but one email later, and it was quickly resolved by the caretaker.

Amazing

Pros: The apartment and view was amazing. Plenty of shops downstairs for anything you need. Best place we’ve stayed so far!!!

Great stay, i hate that i dont have access to my vehicle when i want. I have to call valet first which is not convenient

Pros: The location of the apt was excellent accessibility to everything that was made so easy.

Cons: The apt needed to be cleaned better.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and the check-in process was super easy. Communication with the host was fast and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and would definitely stay here again in the future.

It was a sweet and sour, we are happy by 3054 but not happy with 4156

Pros: The apartment on 3054 was absolutely amazing but the property

Cons: The property at 4156 , the penthouse needs a lots of repair and TLC , Broken door handle , leaking coffee machine , non functional blinder, very outdated furniture and most importantly broken glass dinning / breakfast table that is very sharp edge and that can cause a major problem/ injury for someone with kids . I am also a real estate investor and rent properties,I wouldn’t put this on the market

Pros: Abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento con 3 camere da letto al 41esimo piano...inutile descrivere la vista mozzafiato dal balcone. L'appartamento è spazioso e comodo, anche la posizione è ottima per raggiungere Miami beach in pochi minuti (in auto).

Cons: Migliorerei l'arredamento e la pulizia. Sembra essere rimasti negli anni '90, carino ma non molto confortevole.
