Lumiére Penthouse

Really enjoyed this accommodation and it was in fact it was a highlight of our entire trip even with the unavoidable pro

Pros: The Penthouse was luxurious clean and modern. The views were to die for. The location was fantastic and central for the bayside and the cruise terminal. Unfortunately during our visit one of the showers was out of action plus there was a cup missing. However the host recognised the problem and reimbursed us the next day without being asked.

Excellent host, excellent property and very close to Bayside, 2 minutes walk.

Pros: We were met at the reception and taken to our apartment which was stunning. Fabulous view of the harbour. Our host was most accommodating as we made a slight change. There was everything you could ever need right down to dental floss. Comfortable beds, all in all exceptional

Stay at Lumiere penthouse

Pros: Amazing stay at the property, the host has thought of everything that you might need while there. The property was very clean and beautifully presented. I was a little nervous as I have never stayed in a property with a private host before, there was no need to worry at all and the host had excellent communication throughout. The location is great just across the road from Bayside. I would definitely recommend booking this property.

Excellent apartment, Great Location, Amazing Amenities and Comfort

Pros: The Lumière Penthouse is an exceptional place to stay. The apartment is very spacious, extremely comfortable, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. It truly offers all the amenities one could possibly want — everything is well equipped and thoughtfully designed. The hosts were very helpful, responsive, and friendly, which made our stay even better. The building itself has excellent facilities, including a great gym, exercise areas, and a very nice pool area. Overall, the structure and amenities are outstanding and contributed to a wonderful experience.

Cons: At times, the hallways had a strong smell of marijuana coming from neighboring apartments, which made the corridors uncomfortable. The pool is not heated, so the water was quite cold. The dryer in the apartment is rather noisy, especially compared to the washing machine, which is very quiet. None of these issues affected our stay in any significant way. We had a wonderful experience overall and truly enjoyed our time at the Lumière Penthouse.

nice stay great venue with great facilities and the wow factor.

Pros: The accommodation was excellent, suitable for a family with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a foldaway bed if needed. it is based in an excellent location and has unrivalled views.

Cons: Unfortunately the property could not accommodate early entry, the earliest they could accommodate us was 16.00 which is very late in the day they could not store our suitcases but they did offer a bag drop close by which was not secure and the bags were left behind a hedge in open site. if the vendor needed a comfort break the bags would be very vulnerable to theft. i also requested late checkout the vendor did not offer me any option and we had to leave at 11.00.

Pros: Super clean apartment, the pictures reflect the reality of the great apartment's condition. Superb location and great host.

Pros: Perfect location, perfect communication, perfect host .

Beautifully appointed apartment.

Pros: The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated. It has all you will need in the kitchen. Also has a really good washing machine and dryer. Good location, minutes away from bayside market place. Very good facilities. Everything related to the apartment is very well explained in a booklet, although we found some of the things weren’t where they were supposed to be or weren’t in the apartment at all. ( Something to be improved by the host). The communication with the host was quite good.

Cons: You only get one key fob which is necessary to enter the pool and gym floor and its facilities, and to key your apartment floor on the elevator. This poses a problem when the people in the apartment want to do different things. The beds are said to be queen size but are double. The bedrooms are on the smaller size in comparison to the rest of the apartment.

Pros: Perfect clean! Fabulous location so close to everything. Everything you could ever need in the apartment! Host was great at communication and very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend and would return 🙂

Great location, clean spacious apartment

Pros: We had room a 2 bed apartment with 2 bathrooms. Was spacious, with great well stocked kitchen, the bathroom is well stocked too with plenty of towels! TVs in both rooms and in the living area with a balcony outside. There is a very large pool area, chilling area, great gym, coffee shop.

Cons: Loved it all!
