Perfect family stay

Pros: Amazing experience. Apartment on 10th floor was beautiful, clean, with everything you need. Location was perfect, 10-15min from everything we wanted to visit. You got all information before check in on email and before check out. Great garage included in price. Kids loved the pool, it was warm even in December.

Pros: Central location, amazing views, very spacious apartments with all essentials supplied. Safe parking and secure access. Easy to join local routes and perfect location for taxis. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful. I cannot say I saw our specific one on the photos, but it was in line with what is posted. We would definitely book again. We did not get to use the pool area due to time constraints, but it was gorgeous and clean. Loved how secure the building felt with the designated parking space and fob for entry. Definitely will recommend to anyone staying in Miami. Location was pretty good as well, we had no issues getting around to the places we had planned to go to. Loved that there is a washer and dryer in the unit as well.

Cons: Cannot think of any negatives to our stay.

Pros: The apartment was spacious, and it had a fantastic view. The pool was warm, which we all enjoyed! The lobby of the hotel was stylish and smelled well.

Cons: To understand my reasons: we paid more than $1200 in total for 3 days. What was wrong? Well, the list could be long, but I will shorten it. No daily cleaning! The cleaning fee, some $150, is included in your stay, but the apartment gets cleaned once, at the end of your stay. The kitchen is big and it invites you to cook. But most of its cupboards are empty, because there are not enough kitchen utensils. We bought everything for the salad, but there was no salad bowl. There was no colander either. There was just one chopping board, which was quite small and made of wood, which disintegrates when you cut on it. If you are a family of 4, you will lack plates and cutlery because of all the plates and cutlery, there are just 4 pieces. 4 big plates, 4 small plates, 4 glasses, 4 forks, 4 spoons, etc. If you use 1 big plate for the center of the table, one family member won't get a big plate then. It was really ridiculous that after serving the appetisers and the main course, I had to wash the plates by hand to be able to serve fruit on them. Why not leave enough plates and cutlery? Is there a fear that people will invite others? Or that they steal those Ikea cups? What is the reason for this inhospitable approach? Well, if you want to wash by hand, you have to run the dishwasher twice a day, which consumes water and electricity. If you checked out but you still have time till late afternoon until your flight, you can't leave your suitcases in the hotel's storage room because there is none. 2 huge buildings, lots of unused space, but no storage room. It's really weird! The receptionist was a bit rude. We didn't know what to do with the garbage bag (no visible instructions were left), so my husband went to the ground floor with that full bag, and the receptionist told him that he had to go back to the 7th floor and use the garbage chute. At this point, I started laughing about the non-existent service.

Pros: Lovely apartment Great location Good with car Great service . Service is very hit and miss our experience across Florida . This stay had attention to detail catered for with easily accessible support and great service . My family loved it

Modern apartment with gorgeous pool and pool deck with a view

Pros: The apartment is located in a modern block in the Design District. We particularly liked the pool and the view from the pool deck. The bed was comfortable and the apartment modern and spacious.

Cons: The saucepans were severely scratched and unusable, and there was no kettle, as indicated in the inventory. After bringing these issues to the owner's attention, a new set of saucepans was promptly dispatched. The kettle, though promised, never appeared.
