Lofts of Aventura

Pros: Great location , amazing loft, clean, and easy to go everywhere

Pros: Excellent location. Close to Aventura Mall. Clean and aesthetic, a spacious apartment equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, including coffee machine and capsules.

Overall stay was great

Pros: Location excellent, Christian was excellent & response time for any questions again excellent. some complimentary items were available which was helpful, and late checkout at no extra cost was great as we had 2 small children with us.

Cons: Not equipped for self catering a lot of basic items were not available. No extra quilt for sofa bed. A few snaggings to do on the property as well but nothing major.

Pros: nice big apartment the pool was most of the time empty

Cons: each 15-20 minutes washing machine made some noise. AC doesn't keep setting and reset each a few hours to basic (72F, which was to cold for us). drain in the bathroom doesn't work well it was only 2 blanket for 5 people

Pros: Wonderful property, extremely comfortable and clean. all the necessities were available. When i return to Miami, this is definitely my choice of stay.

Pros: Very clean & modern, pool was nice and not too occupied

Cons: Just trifles: check-in not possible an hour earlier, coach was uncomfortable to sleep on(but 2 queen size beds were available)

Spacious apartment in a quiet location near Aventura Mall, well-located to the north of Miami

Pros: Located close to Aventura Mall, and relatively quiet road means that traffic noise is limited. The apartment was sizeable, and the bed was large and comfortable.

Cons: The view from the apartment was underwhelming (a large ugly roof of a warehouse dominates) and initially we had some concerns about the location/secutiry, but this improved as we got more familiar and wasn't an issue.

Wonderful

Pros: I had a great experience staying at this apartment in Aventura, Florida. The place was clean, comfortable, and well located, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. One of the best features was having a washer and dryer in the apartment, which made the stay much more convenient. The apartment was quiet and felt safe, and everything worked as expected. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Aventura.

great value for money for anyone looking to stay around aventura

Pros: Christian was amazing and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. location is very close to aventura mall and convenient to drive everywhere around the area. enterane to the property was easy with instructions given.

Cons: furiniture needs refreshment, not enough silverware and kitchen equipment to a large family, no baking trays.

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment in Aventura.

Pros: The apartment was specious and clean. The bed was very comfortable . Christian was responsive and helpful in taking care of few issues that came up.

Cons: we would appreciate getting the parking payment instruction 24 hours (or at least 5-6 hours) ahead of check in time and not an hour before it. The location is a bit off and you'll need a car to get around. Additional plates, silverware ( there were only 4 teaspoons)and having wine glasses would be great.
