Excellent property. Congrats for the owners.

Pros: The property was so organized and clean. The rooms are spacious.

Cons: Location: Once my plans were to visit Miami Beach, the traffic could be awful from the property to Ocean Drive, so you need to plan ahead.

Pros: Great communication & very friendly. Clean and hospitable w snacks and drinks water chilled in fridge. Extra pillows & bedding available

Cons: The TV didn't seem to work however we didn't ask host to try rectify issue as it was really late upon our return.

Home away from Home

Pros: It was a great Apartment with a separate entrance. Everything you needed and very comfortable. When you go to your entrance you go along a fence with some barking dogs. Since the fence separates you and the dogs you are 100 % safe. However people with a phobia of dogs might find that uncomfortable. In that case just speak with the owners. I‘m sure they could bring the dogs inside.

Pros: Very lovely place with a big room and bath. Clean and comfortable :)

Superb

Pros: The apartment had plenty of room, the bathroom was enormous, they had some snacks, water and soft drinks for us, there were also body lotion and shampoo and gel for shower.

Very good house to stay in Miami.

Pros: The room is very nice. The room and the bathroom are very large. There was a king's bed, which was good to sleep with our cat. The bathroom is also very large, there is a toilet room inside it, there is a bathtub, 2 sinks, and a shower area. There were some sodas in the fridge, and some snacks in the small kitchen area. The location was very good for those who want to visit the Keys, the Miami beach, and downtown.

Cons: There is no kitchen sink, so we couldn't wash our plates and glasses. It would be a problem if we stayed more than 1 day there. It would be nice to have an air conditioner for the room because it uses the same air conditioner as the main house so we couldn't control the temperature. There is a fan in the ceiling.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Pros: L’appartement est grand, bien équipé et très propre Les attentions comme les boissons et petites choses à grignoter sont très sympa quand on arrive ! La propriétaire très sympathique et la tranquillité et beauté du quartier est agréable. L’emplacement pour aller sur les Keys est parfait

Cons: Le chien même derrière son grillage est un peu effrayant (il fait son travail de gardien) mais du coup si on a peur des chiens on ne traîne pas dehors devant la porte.

Pros: Quartier très calme et typique à Miami... avec un bon rapport qualité-prix

Cons: La climatisation un peu bruyante

Pros: I loved the bathroom options! Large bed was nice too!

Cons: Wasn’t sure where to park at first. We made it work!
