Modern Luxe Studio in Downtown Miami with Rooftop Pool and Gym

Pros: Being downtown and a short 3 minute walk to the Bayfront Marketplace made it easy to use the apartment as a base where I could drop off items I picked up and just take a break then go back out. The view is good. I watched boats go by while I watched TV. It was quiet when the patio door was closed and quiet for sleeping.

Cons: Nothing really. Once I got used to how the elevators worked. Word of caution...don't forget your phone and make sure it's charged because you are going to use an app to get into the elevator and the apartment.

Lindo alojamiento, puede mejorarse.

Pros: La decoración del departamento, la luminosidad, y la ubicación, fantástica. Que cuente con lavar ropas y secadora es una ventaja también.

Cons: Es inaceptable que el alojamiento no tenga microondas (tampoco funcionaba el horno, había una nota pidiendo que no lo usaramos). Las camas no son cómodas, y las sábanas y toallas no son precisamente las más limpias.

We would definitely stay again and would recommend the property.

Amazing stay in Miami Downtown

Pros: Great stay in the heart of Downtown Miami! The location is unbeatable—right across from the Metromover, with a 7-Eleven just steps away and Bayfront Park around the corner. Super easy to get anywhere from here. The apartment has an amazing view of the city skyline, a comfy bed, and everything you need. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathroom comes fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again!
