Pros: Very nice appartement equipped in absolutely everything what is necessary for the independent stay. Perfect location close to downtown and airport. Free parking on the street. Very good contact (by phone) with owner. Thanks a lot !

Cons: Nothing to complain

Spacious apartment and good value for money

Pros: Very spacious apartment with all the necessary equipment. Even though the building is quite old it is kept clean and neat. The host is friendly and helpful. The towels are clean. There are two bedrooms and two big TV screens. The kitchen has everything you need for a basic breakfast or dinner. The apartment is close to the airport. Good value for money and OK choice for a few-days-stay in Miami if you are not too picky.

Cons: The location of the apartment and the first impression of the staircase is not giving you safe feeling, especially if you travel on your own or as females. Better not wander around the neighborhood in the dark, take Uber from door to door. The drain in the sink is clogged. The windows could be cleaner and could have been secured better. It’s a big noisy especially during night as the airport is nearby.

Pros: Le rapport qualité prix était super, l’appartement est suffisant pour un séjour ici. Arrivée et départ autonome.

Cons: Un peu vétuste. Mérite un bon rafraîchissement.

Miami vacation

Pros: Great location, minutes away from Bayfront park, modern but with historical charm

Pros: The unit was very clean and comfortable,except that the kitchen leaked a little when it rained and the bed base in the enclosed room needs to change.

Pros: Tenía todo lo que necesitaba. Cocina, habitación. Toallas. La socia del apartamento me ayudó rápidamente a cambiar la cafetera y nos dejó otra en buenas condiciones. La ubicación es buena, tiene varias paradas de buses cercanas.

Cons: La habitación 2 olía un poco a humedad.

Pros: El lugar estaba muy bien ubicado, era amplio y limpio.

Cons: En general la zona del barrio tenia un olor a Cañería, que a veces se sentía un poco fuerte.

UBICACION, PARKING Y LA ATENCION DE LA ANFITRIONA

Pros: El apto. estaba bien, la ubicacion, , habia supermercado en la zona , y el lugar era seguro y con parking.

Pros: Limpieza y tranquilidad, tenía todo lo necesario para alojarse un par de días ,calidad precio buena ya que Miami es caro

Cons: Todo muy bien, el edificio donde está el apartamento,al llegar si que parece en mal estado pero el apartamento es muy acogedor, no se guíen por el edifico

Excelente

Pros: Me pareció una excelente ubicación y seguridad, ademas que cuenta con parqueo por si necesitan transportar en carro. Para agregar, esta cerca de todos los lugares de atracciones en Miami, cercanía con Brickell, South Beach y Wynwood.

Cons: El olor que tiene la habitación es un poco peculiar, como olor a humedad apenas uno entra al lugar, sin embargo todo lo demás super bien.
