Brickell Bay View

Pros: Apartment was very comfortable, the view was stunning. It was a little bit complicated to pick up the keys, but definitely I recommend this place.

Pros: It's an excellent place, very cozy and well-equipped. Excellent location. And the host is very friendly and attentive to your needs at all times. I would come back again, without hesitation!

Wonderful

Pros: Everything, great location, wonderful view and the Parking is the best. John is a wonderful host, good communication and very clear instructions about arriving and all the facilities.

Cons: I want alone, so it is very difficult to get the key and leave it. As I had a car, I needed to stop outside and leave the car on the street blocking the lane.

Comfortable stay with a great view and smooth check-in. I would stay here again.

Pros: I really liked everything about the property. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had an awesome view. The check-in process was easy. The host was very helpful and responsive all the time. I didn’t have to worry about anything during my stay, because any questions I had were answered quickly. Excellent service!

Pros: The property had great amenities like a city view pool, a nicely equipped gym, a convenience store and beautiful bay views. The apartment was beautifully designed, super comfortable and had all the essentials. Great location.

Clean, Cozy and Comfy

Pros: The space was very clean and the location was perfect for walking around exploring. Close to restaurants, shopping, a beautiful park, and a mile away from the cruise terminal. The space looked exactly like the pictures and the furniture was comfortable. It also had a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The shower felt great. The water pressure was just right. There were washcloths, towels, a hair dryer and an iron. The owner was very responsive and provided excellent recommendations for places to eat. We only stayed one night since our cruise left the next day.

Cons: There was some confusion with the address. The address on Booking.com is not the same address as where the property is located. When we tried to check into the hotel address on Booking.com, there was no record of our reservation. They asked if it was a private Air BNB and said yes, so they sent us next door and they didn't have a reservation for us either. I called the owner and was told that the location was actually a couple of blocks over. We had already been dropped off by the Uber so we had to walk about 12 minutes with all of our luggage in the Miami heat. I have to admit, it felt a little sketchy at first, but everything turned out fine once we got into the property and it looked just like the pictures. The owner said that Booking just hadn't updated the new address on their website. I would suggest calling the owner to verify the address before calling the Uber. Unfortunately, getting a late check out for a couple of hours wasn't an option, so once again we were left dragging our luggage with us, because our embarkation for the cruise wasn't until 3pm and checkout was at 11am. This wouldn't have been an issue at a hotel. Even with those minor inconveniences, we would definitely stay here again.
