Great location for getting out and comfortable

Pros: Comfortable and clean in a great location to walk out.

Pros: Studio very comfortable and modern. Nice views and great facilities (gym, swiming pool, out door games, big patio, lots of relaxing places, soundproof cabins for privacy, etc.

Pros: The location was amazing and very Central in Miami. The Apartment Manager was super helpful, friendly and accommodating.. The Apartment we ended up staying in was beautiful.

Pros: Location as it was close to everywhere. The place had a gym, pool, beautiful view, and everything we needed.

Cons: Everything was good, only I would suggest leaving a few more bin bags and washing liquid, etc., to make the place more comfortable for two weeks, but this is just a suggestion.

Pros: location, great equipments in the building. Nice (but expensive) parking option. Rather clean (only the floor was not so great). Comfortable. Host available (but only on Whatsapp text message).

Cons: It's an apartment normally fully equiped to cook and dine (that was the main reason we booked it). We were four, but upon arrival the silverware and plates were really incomplete and just for two people. It took two days to get just the bare minimum to be able to eat and drink together, not even 4 of each items.

Great location

Pros: Balcony view was unreal. Roof top pool was amazing especially at night time with Miami all lit up as a backdrop. Bed was very comfy and so handy having a washer dryer too.

Cons: Only minor but the chairs at the table need to be tightened, screws were loose so couldn’t use them as they were wobbly

Wonderful

Pros: The building is really modern and has a lot of facilities, nice swimming pool, gym, play area for kids. It was easy to check-in and out, and to park. The host is very friendly, helpful and available to help. The apartment has everything you need. The location was wonderful, right in front of the bayside area and next to a public transportation metrobus.

Great stay in Miami

Pros: Great location. Easy access to everything in downtown. Short ride to the beaches too. Gym and pool were amazing.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The communication with the host was excellent—quick, friendly and very helpful. The building itself is truly impressive, and the apartment was just as great—modern, clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Miami. We also loved the great coffee shop located right in the building. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay!

Very cute studio in an absolute perfection location in Miami near Bayfront Marketplace / Waterfront.

Pros: I liked the location, the balcony view, the space, the security of the bldg, the pool area, the bed sheets were so soft, and the Host was very nice and accommodating as he let me in earlier than 3pm. The location is near the Port of Miami where I went on cruise. The condo is about 3 minutes or less to walk over to the Bayfront Market Place to eat and shop. Wonderful. Easy to get an Uber out front. Nice coffee shop in the entrance lobby.

Cons: The floors were not as clean as I would have liked in the general area. The hosts should include a pair of scissors. The construction when balacony door was open but that is not the Hosts fault and I still would have stayed there despite this, as the view was incredible. No luggageg storage so have to sit with luggage in lobby area but the Host did let me in the unit before 3pm... so I was pleased with that.,
