Amazing stay!

Pros: Everything was just great! Parking, apartment, view!

Pros: Everything was above and beyond. The hosts were so kind and helpful. Really exceeded every expectation and made me fall in love with Miami. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

Pros: Zentrale Lage, direkt gegenüber Bayside Marketplace, Cafeteria im Gebäude, Zugang sehr sicher gestaltet (Lift nur mit Schlüssel benutzbar), detaillierte Beschreibung vom Host wie der Schlüssel entgegengenommen wird, herrliche Aussicht (v.a. am Abend)

Cons: Beim Check out, weil wir den Flug erst am Abend hatten, mussten wir uns wegen den Koffern organisieren. Nebenbei gibt es die Bobe and Kitchen Bakery wo man für 4 Koffer mind. 50 USD zahlen kann, damit sie es aufbewahren. Theoretisch gibt es diesen Service im Gebäude, aber nur für Gäste, die direkt über Alea Miami buchen.

Pros: wyżywienie miałem we własnym zakresie, lokalizacja super, blisko portu, obok przystanek kolejki, kuchnia miała wszystko co potrzeba, wyposażenie mieszkania super, jest nawet pralka i suszarka, mieszkanie bardzo czyste i zadbane, do dyspozycji basen na zewnątrz , siłownia, ciche gabinety, w łazienkach wszystko co potrzeba to było, na dole w holu kawiarnia.

Cons: brak drugiego pilota ,powinno być chociaż 2 komplety pilotów, brak też czajnika, ale jest expres do kawy, a wodę można było ugotować w mikrofali

Pros: This apartment complex is a hidden gem. The amenities are fantastic particularly the fitness center and pool. The unit itself was clean and modern and the layout is great. It’s super convenient with easy access to downtown's and bayside park. A truly comfortable and well- maintained place to call home.

Cons: I couldn’t find anything that I don’t like.

Pros: Arrivée autonome sans stress, très facile, sécurisée et pratique. Un hôte très professionnel et sympathique. Les explications données étaient claires et précises. L'appartement était propre et spacieux avec une vue magnifique sur la ville, il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un bon séjour.

Great Miami stay with so many community amenities

Pros: Great stay with incredible community amenities including huge pool with city view, lots of games and workout space. Coffee shop on site and walking distance to so much. Responsive management company with great customer service.

Cons: Only one key given and most spaces in the building require key for access so this requires all guests to be together most of stay - really need two keys. Few items missing that are easy updates like night stand, LR lighting, access to plugs for charging and offering recycling.

Pros: Sijainti erinomainen. Vieressä ilmainen Metromover, bussit menivät läheltä mm. Miami Beachille. Omistaja lähetti kuvien kanssa tarkat kirjautumistiedot niin huoneeseen kuin parkkitaloonkin. Vastasi ystävällisesti kaikkiin kysymyksiin etukäteen. Uima-allas ja kuntosali plussaa. Alakerrasta löytyi kahvila, josta sai myös aamiaista. Toisaalta samassa rakennuksessa oli pari muutakin aamiaispaikkaa. Keittiössä olisi myös voinut tehdä ruokia. Siisti, hyvin hoidettu talo. Asunnossa hyvin toimiva ilmastointi.

Pros: Très bel appartement moderne très confortable très bien placé pas loin des bus des centres commerciaux et du métro mais calme. Appartement bien équipé et bien fourni en vaisselle Bravo
