Private Unit Miami With Amenities And Parking

Perfect!!

Pros: I loved everything, my stay was perfect! The apartment was impeccable and everyone was very polite!

Pros: Great apartment with a beautiful view of the city. Convenient location. Within walking distance of cafes/restaurants, shopping center, grocery store, pharmacy. We liked everything. Thank you)

Cons: the elevator had to wait for a very long time. there are more than 40 floors in this building and out of 6 only 3 work, it's crazy. but this does not apply to the apartment)

Pros: Location and the appartement are perfect! Really nice swimmingpool and a good gym at the 14th floor! Appartment is big and has a huge balcon with a nice view!!

Cons: Discussion about the $50 at the checkin.. after 22hours travelday you dont want to discuss a hour about $50… We completed the payment already 2months before arrive… So the problem for this last $50 was a big mess… This was the only thing that we did not like about the stay! We will be back this year!

Pros: The property is 5 star for me to be very honest, not because it was the most luxurious but it was modern, had everything I needed, it was extremely clean, everything works, the view is nice, smells good, elevators work fine, you have access to a game room and pools with jacuzzi, gym etc just as explained in the listing. I read the reviews and saw the $52 I believe it was for building fees separate from the unit but I can see why, the building is extremely organized and well kept. Theres also a dedicated area for amazon and other deliveries which I needed so that was nice. The kitchen is well equipped, washer and dryer was a plus, theres a open 24/7 7eleven corner shop downstairs around the corner that came in handy. Definitely my new spot to stay when im in Miami.

Cons: Its not about the unit but the parking was on the 9th floor so was a lot of driving up, if you have people with you women & kids etc that may not like the drive up, you can let them take the elevator up, I didn’t mind though wasn’t bad.

Pros: We had a nice stay very comfy and clean. Great location

Cons: Trying to find location but wasn't rentals fault! Checking was confusing from garage to room due to key fob but we figured it all out and had a nice night

Cons: Carpet wasn't as clean as it could be. The unit didn't have a frying pan or skillet so a bit inconvenient for cooking.
