Cozy house close Brickell

We had a really great stay.

Pros: It was a lovely size and very airy. The property was clean and the area outside very comfortable.

Cons: There were no tea towels to dry washing up with.

Comfortable nice place close to everything

Pros: Nice elegant barn conversion, good comfortable couch , well equipped kitchen, good bed . All clean . The location is excellent close to everything. We had a great stay. Owner is very helpful and kind . There is a small outside part connected to the back yard of the owners house .

Cons: The only small thing is the airco . Since it is such a relative small space the airco is an overkill it makes quite some noise . 3 small split units would have been better . But it is not so important dont come to miami to sit inside :-).

Pros: Nous étions une famille de 4. Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement à la fois très calme et proche de tout, la place de parking devant l’entrée, l’entrée autonome, les lits, les équipements, les rangements, l’electro-ménager…

Pros: Peaceful and quiet. The location was great because it was an easy walk to the metro and transit.

Pros: Its a beautiful property in an amazing neighborhood :))We loved it here. It was close to the city like 10-15 min everywhere :))) We were a family of four.

Limpio, tranquilo y ordenado

Pros: El lugar es perfecto para quedarse en Miami cerca de todo, el lugar es espacioso, limpio, moderno y muy tranquilo. Posee cocina equipada y espacios muy bonitos. La entrada es privada y puedes ingresar el auto hasta el frente de la casa. Lo recomiendo

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung erneut mieten.

Pros: Die Raumaufteilung ist gut gemacht. Auch der direkte Zugang zur Terrasse. Dass eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner vorhanden sind hat uns auch gut gefallen. Es ist alles lichtdurchflutet. Der Raumteiler in der Küche zum Wohnzimmer hin hat Stil! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein!

Cons: Ein Satz weitere kleine Teller wäre super. Und zwei weitere Haken im Badezimmer, um Tücher aufhängen zu können, wäre prima.

Perfecto en todos los sentidos

Pros: Todo excelente, tanto limpieza como espacio y sobretodo ubicación dentro de Miami. Superó totalmente las expectativas y tanto Marco como Mariana, de lo más atento con nuestra llegada y estancia en su apartamento. Repetiré sin dudarlo.
