Pros: beautiful aesthetic. incredible facilities - the pool and gym are amazing. lovely front desk staff who let me check in early. sound proofing is excellent. the room is so peaceful.

Cons: No outdoor furniture for the unit balconies, 7 day/wk & after-hours construction with the building next door, $200/nt deposit hold seems a bit excessive, elevators seem to take forever
