Good city break

Pros: Nice view, great facilities - kitchen and laundry. Great pool and facilities in the building. Good location.

Cons: Not so clean. Not a great fit for a family of 5. Beds not very comfy, sofa bed is rough. Having only one key for the family makes it difficult to move inside the building facilities and in-out of it.

Pros: Um apartamento completo, novo, com máquina de lavar roupa, secadora e lavadoura de louça. Bonita vista. Bastante espaço e bem localizado. Foi dado 1 hora de late check out por cortesia.

Cons: Muitos processos na reserva (mandei duas vezes os documentos). Um pouco moroso e burocrático.

Beautiful and convenient

Pros: Views are amazing walking distance to almost any restaurant you are feeling and close walk to the water. The unit was clean and cozy.

Cons: Parking garage is too tight plus parking for the unit was located on the 9th floor avoid parking in there if you have a rental vehicle that has hefty deposit on there might scratch rims.

Great stay

Pros: The whole stay was nice wasn't to far from miami beach . Love the amenities that came with the building. Front Desk was very pleasant. Our apartment was spacious

Cons: The sofa bed was uncomfortable too hard not enough padding. One roll of tissue we had to buy toilet tissue

Cons: Long wait for elevators, one of the pools was closed and the open pool did not have much seating for guests
