Lovely stay in a nice apartment with many ammenities

Pros: Easy to coordinate getting inside and registering. You meet with a man named Sofia and he helps you check in. Easy to get to. Central location in Brickell. Cozy bed. Nice Nespresso coffee maker. A chair in the master bath. Good closet. My own parking option across the street with in and out. You simply pay the guy that runs the place and he rents you a parking card for $40 per day or if you like you can do the daily valet inside the property for $50 overall the man who owns the space is very nice and answered all my questions very easily. It was a smooth stay.

Cons: The construction across the street that was completely blocking the West views and they made noise during the day but it is a very big construction project that is in front of you when you sit on the balcony. Otherwise it would have been perfect. Brickell is growing and there is lots of construction mostly everywhere you go by the bridge.
