Charming two bedroom apartment.

Pros: Clean, well lit, good location, nice parking lot, good AC

Manuel the apartment owner made my stay work. The property is a proper home from home.

Pros: It took four hours to get access to this property. The best thing about this property is the young Vendor, Manuel, he was awesome. Booking.com had screwed up this booking. After a long flight to this confirmed booking i found out that I could not get access to the property because Booking.com neglected to pay the client directly or alert me explicitly that the booking required direct payment to the vendor on check-in. He did not have a card payment processor and I didn't know I was expected to pay directly. Manuel was calm and thoughtful and eventually he rebooked the apartment for me and gave me $125 discount. The apartment itself was cosy once I settled in.

Cons: Booking.com to have managed the reservation better. In terms of the property, the bathroom is through the 2nd bedroom and could be a challenge for non-intimate sharing the space. The person in the 2nd bedroom will have to endure traffic to the toilet. It is the structure of the property, therefore cannot be changed.

Bien ubicado apartamento en Miami, con pequeños detalles.

Pros: Me comuniqué con el propietario antes de ingresar, contestó a mi llamada rápidamente. Nos dejó ingresar antes de la hora estipulada de check in, y se agradece la amabilidad. La ubicación de la propiedad es excelente si tienes auto. Todo queda cerca. Me gustó el estacionamiento amplio y relativamente privado. Nos gustó que la cocina está bien equipada con casi todos los utensilios que puedes necesitar, y el refrigerador es muy amplio. A tres cuadras de la propiedad hay un supermercado muy surtido, puedes fácilmente comprar víveres para cocinar en casa. En la habitación principal, cada mesa de noche tiene una lámpara con puertos USB para cargar dispositivos. Igual en la habitación secundaria, la fuente de electricidad en la pared tiene puertos USB. También me gustó que en cada espacio hay un televisor con sistema Roku, mis hijas disfrutaron mucho del Disney app. El wifi está incluido, y es bastante rápido.

Cons: Mucha luz exterior por las noches. Las cortinas no brindan mucha privacidad, y dejan pasar fácilmente la luz exterior. Al frente del edificio hay luces de seguridad que prenden muy seguido por la noche, el resplandor entra por la ventana. La habitación principal que tiene la cama grande no tiene cuarto de baño, el único cuarto de baño está en la habitación secundaria que tiene el camarote de dos niveles que usualmente se destina a los niños. El colchón en la habitación principal ya ocupa recambio. Las luces de techo y el ventilador no funcionan en la habitación principal, solo funcionan las luches de las lámparas en las mesas de noche. En la cocina encontramos algunas cucarachas cada día que estuvimos hospedados; eso es típico de las casas viejas en Miami, son muy difíciles de erradicar. Por ello, cada vez que utilizamos cualquier utensilio de cocina los lavábamos antes de usar, es un inconveniente. El wifi es gratis, pero encontré un cable de red que sale del router hacia un cajón bajo llave. Ignoro que había dentro del cajón, pero por seguridad de tus datos, utiliza un servicio de VPN siempre que te conectes a una red desconocida.

Pros: I really liked the place and especially the owner's attention to us. The environment was very clean, comfortable and safe, there was ample parking and a great location, especially for the international airport. I will definitely stay at this hotel if I go to Miami again.

Pros: I loved the area we were in. It was really quiet with very friendly neighbors. Not to far from airport and beach. Close by convenient stores. Great place overall! Definitely would come back and recommend. The only I disliked about the property was the first approach smell.

Pros: It’s conveniently located 20 minutes from every major thing. I especially liked the parking available at the house.

Cons: The air vents need some of those plastic directionals that stick to the metal vents with magnets. The vents blow right in your face. Maybe also clean those air pathways in the walls.
