Good value next to beach

Pros: Great location , clean , safe and roomy apartment , great help from front desk on checking in , super helpful wish I could remember her name. Parking charges clearly indicated when booking .

Cons: Having to pay for key fobs , $30 each and beach sunbeds $25 per day . On the plus side plenty round the pool. Very busy at check out to get $20 refund on parking disc .

Muy Buena unidad pero a mejorar el equipamiento de playa!

Pros: Estaba en un 6to piso lo cual facilita el uso de escaleras. Teniendo en cuenta que este edificio tiene ascensores colapsados en algunos momentos puntuales. Vista al mar. La predisposición del encargado de la unidad.

Cons: Es la 4ta vez que vamos a este condominio (fuimos a otras unidades) Creo que es fundamental que cuente con (por lo menos) dos silletas de playa y una sombrilla. (Tenía una sombrilla en regular estado y una silla a mi entender poco práctica para la playa) También que cuente con toallas dedicadas al uso en la playa. Estos accesorios siempre estaban disponibles en las otras unidades y realmente son necesarias!

Pros: Clean apartment, private beach, quiet, staff was helpful

Cons: Did not have communication from the owner in regards to the unit we were staying in or code to door. Had to call once we arrived. Thankful the staff at The Tides were helpful. Unit could use some dish towels to dry dishes. Maybe a binder with information in it. For ex. Wifi information, check out procedure,etc.

Pros: Nous avons passé un séjour parfait : l'appartement est grand, très propre, avec une superbe vue sur l'océan et un accès très facile à la plage. Notre arrivée a été très facile grâce aux informations fournies.

Чудове місце для відпочинку, де ми відсвяткували день народження дружини й відчували себе як удома! 🌊✨

Pros: Нам дуже сподобалося розташування просто біля океану, чистота квартири та зручності. Балкон із видом на море створював неймовірну атмосферу. Також сподобалося швидке та приємне спілкування з господарем.

Cons: Все загалом було чудово, суттєвих недоліків ми не помітили.

Pros: Es tal cual o mejor que en la foto. Al bajar estas en la piscina y playa. La vista al mar es muy linda y siempre que tuvimos algún inconveniente lo solucionaron. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Definitivamente volveriamos! ♥️

Pros: I like everything, pool is clean, beach is nice,everything is near, the view from balcony is excellent.

Cons: All is good and we will come back again.
