We have been here to watch Miami Open and super easy location and access to room.

Pros: Great Location and proximity to Beaches and Hard Rock Stadium and Casinos and restaurants. Clean house

Cons: Not enough mats in bathroom, kitchen floor slippery and Beds are not very comfortable and small insects roaming around.

Pros: My stay there was very nice and welcoming.The house were well kept and up to standard. The bathroom is beautiful and the rooms were very clean.Very quite and peaceful neighborhood.The host is a one in a million type of person there were something that were left behind after we left and he tried every way possible to reach out to me to retrieve it. Cons: My only concern were the size of the refrigerator because,it were too small to hold some of my food and if I were to have a longer stay say for a week or two that size wouldn't work out for me.

Convenient and comfortable

Pros: Very clean and the host was also very accommodating and easy to reach by telephone. Also, the neighbors were very friendly.

Cons: The ac units need to be upgraded, especially in the back bedroom and frontroom. Also there was a hole in the ceiling in the front bedroom but we managed to cope with it. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
