Pros: Great location. Close to airport, beach, broadwalk and other activities within walking or driving distance. Comfortable and quiet condo. Availability of washer and dryer and full kitchen. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: Outdoor hot tub was out of service for several days. Apartment was fairly clean. Patio window was dirty. Patio curtain had blue stains on it. Walls were very dirty and scuffed in all rooms. Question if floors are ever scrubbed between users as paper towel turned black when spot wiped. Microwave had \
