Beautiful and amazing

Pros: We both liked the front ocean view and free breakfast it was a special night

Cons: The bathroom needs a bit remodeling but it was fine and can’t complain with a view like that

Hollywood beach

Pros: La zona es ideal si te quedas en Hollywood o alrededores y quieres un ambiente súper relajado y tardes tranquilas. La habitación es cómoda y espaciosa. Todo funcionando bien aunque los electrodomésticos estaban un poco viejos. Los utensilios de cocina se debían pedir en el front desk y yo no los usé. Televisión con acceso a varias plataformas

Cons: Los desayunos tienen muchas oportunidades de mejorar. No es lo que esperaba recibir pagando lo que cobran. La piscina está en uno de los edificios entonces no alcancé a usarla además que es pequeña.

Pros: Location is excellent, right on the beach breakfast is also a plus

Cons: La conserjería no se encuentra fácilmente, nos llevo una vecina que nos vio perdidos. Requieren más mesas para desayunar

We had a nice week away from the cold up north. Enjoyed the beach.

Pros: I liked the size of the apartment - small but was roomy and was clean. The bathroom was small, but had a good shower. I liked the breakfast each morning.

Cons: The refrigerator seal was not good. It would not close unless you slammed it and then it might not stay closed. We found it open a lot.

I always stay at an HBH hotel when visiting Hollywood Beach.

Pros: The Neptune is right on the beachfront. They have lounge chairs that face the beach, which is a big plus. Even though the other hotels are steps away from the beach, this one has a patio space right on the beach side. The room was a surprisingly big size for the rate and I could see the beach from my window. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The parking rate is very reasonable and you can park at any of the HBH marked spaces.

Cons: The only thing I would change is the mirrored / wood lattice wall in the room.

Everything was perfect apart from the staff

Pros: Location was perfect, parking was easy, I loved the area, very beautiful. I definitely recommend this hotel

Cons: I don’t know what it is but the staff all have some crazy attitude, rude and dry. I went to the front office asking for a bar of soap and the lady was too lazy to get some so just told me she doesn’t have any with her right now, and told me “I guess you have to buy” with attitude. As we were there another guest walked in asking for utensils and the front desk lady just shook her head no we don’t have I’ll have to go to the kitchen. I guess she felt bad after so she walked to the kitchen which was literally 6 feet away and gave her some. When I was getting the free breakfast too, the lady attending had so much attitude for no reason. No good morning at all, just telling me what to do

Pros: Close to the beach and affordable. The boardwalk was within steps of the hotel.

Pros: The location, of course, is the best, but the services and the accomodations could be better.
