AMAZING 2BR 2BA NEWLY RENO BEACHFRONT APT W/BEACH VIEW

Very nice apartment, beside 2 setbacks

Pros: Very nice apartment, modern, confortable. Pictures give a good idea. The beach is just there.

Cons: When we was there, the swimming pool was closed. And a part of the building was undergoing renovation, so there was a wood panel in front of the window.

Para pasar en familia estuvo muy bueno.

Pros: La cercanía con la playa, pileta y el depto estaba reformado y moderno. Muy buena iluminación natural.

Cons: Que la luz de las habitaciones alumbraran una con la otra. El agua caliente se terminaba rapido y había que esperar. Eramos 4, asi que si se bañaban 2 al mismo tiempo, los otros 2 deberían esperar.

My stay was pleasant and very enjoyable.

Pros: Everything was clean and organized, there was plenty of space to enjoy family time and had a great view to the beach from the balcony, the kitchen was amazing and pretty much had all the tools needed to make a homemade meal. It also has great walking distance to the beach from the pool area.

Cons: The pool was closed down on our second day and we were not able to enjoy it. There is no ramp to access the beach only stairs, something to take into consideration if you need handicap access or if you’re traveling with small children and need to carry multiple things to the beach.

Cons: vallet demorado, havia obras na sacada do apartamento que provocava um barulho altissimo e insuportável. e fazia muita poeira.

great stay and the apartment is very comfortable for a family

Pros: the host was very helpful and provided a smooth check in process. There is parking available, plenty of space to relax in the apartment and beach access is super easy with beach chairs and umbrella also provided.

Pros: The condo was clean and beautiful. Great beach location.

Cons: The pool was closed and under construction. There were jackhammers and drills operating all day and the noise was annoying and loud. The pool area was closed without notice when we booked and we wanted a pool also. The hallways need paint and updating.

The apartment was beautiful and it would have been helpful to list if any amentity was unavailable.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful. It was very clean, welcoming and tastefully decorated. The location was very convenient as well.

Cons: I booked this apartment with the understanding that an outdoor pool was available. I could have booked elsewhere but wanted my family to enjoy some outdoor swimming. The property had listed this feature and I was disappointed to find it was under construction.
