Pros: The location was perfect. Right in the heart of great restaurants and just 20 mins to Miami! Right between the beach and the bay!

Cons: I really don’t have any complaints. The furniture was a little worn out but other that, it was fine.

Tolle Lage, aber mit vielen Markeln

Pros: Die Lage ist super! 1 Minute zum Strand, und Broadwalk, viele Restaurants etc. Gut isolierte Wohnung- es ist schön leise. Die Küche ist zum kochen ausreichend mit Geschirr ausgestattet.

Cons: Die Zusatzkosten des Resorts wurden nicht deutlich vorher angezeigt. Vor Ort kamen so hohe unerwartete Kosten auf uns zu. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, mussten nach Anreise erst putzen. Wenn man den Balkon betritt muss man sich erst gründlich die Füße abputzen um nicht den ganzen dreck in das Zimmer zu bringen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit naße Sachen aufzuhängen. Im Bad ist ein Handtuchhalter abgerissen.. das Loch in der Wand ist weiterhin sichtbar. Die Duschtür geht nicht richtig zu.

Pros: Location Location Location! Everything was walking distance and our condo was clean and comfortable. Our host was extremely attentive and the view was awesome. I will definitely stay at Costa Resorts again.

Cons: I didn't like that the pool area closed early at 8pm daily. Definitely recommend that they look into possibly extending the pool hours especially during weekends.
