Nice week near the beach with the family
Pros: The apartment itself is truly luxurious. It gives the impression that someone actually lived there before and left many thoughtful items that make the stay much easier and more comfortable. From a wide variety of kitchen utensils to beach equipment such as umbrellas, chairs, and other items in excellent condition, everything was very helpful and made our time there much more enjoyable. From inside the unit, we had a beautiful ocean view that was genuinely stunning. It’s the kind of view that makes you want to stop for a moment and simply enjoy the scenery. The living room is also extremely comfortable. The couches practically invite you to sit down and relax forever, and the large televisions make it a great place to unwind and enjoy some downtime. The apartment has two bathrooms and plenty of beds, which makes it ideal for a large family or even for two families traveling together and sharing the space comfortably.
Cons: The reception experience at this complex was one of the worst I have encountered in my life. I arrived earlier than the official check-in time, fully understanding that the unit might not yet be available. However, since I was traveling with my family and two children under 8 years old, I expected at least a bit of understanding — perhaps allowing us to enter the complex and, ideally, storing our luggage while we waited. When you travel with young kids, small gestures like this make a big difference and help start the stay on a positive note. Unfortunately, from the very beginning the reception felt extremely cold and unwelcoming. Guests are sent to a different building about 80 meters away to complete the check-in process, which is not ideal after arriving tired from traveling. The office there has only two service windows and handles everything: check-in, check-out, key exchanges, deliveries, umbrella rentals, and other requests. As a result, the lines become very long and chaotic. Instead of feeling like the start of a relaxing stay, it felt more like waiting in line to pay taxes. Once the check-in was finally completed, there was no guidance about where the elevators were or how to access the building. The only thing emphasized was a sheet listing the things that are prohibited in the hotel, such as jumping in the elevators. This creates a very unwelcoming first impression, as if you are entering a place full of restrictions rather than a place designed for guests to relax and enjoy their stay. While the host herself was kind and communicative, the overall reception experience left such a negative impression that it makes me hesitant to return to this complex.
