Pros: Well located apartment, steps from the beach with great view from the balcony. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed, even beach chairs, umbrella, beach ball and accessories. Lorena (the host), is super quick in replying messages and was very supportive in any issue we raised. Valet parking is available for only $10 per day, washing machines and dryers in every floor. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Stay and Excellent Room

Pros: Fantastic Property. Modern Interior, Location was great, beach and pool at the doorstep. Comfortable, clean with great view of the ocean. Beach chairs, kids sand playing toys and beach towels provided in the room. Kitchen to cook some meals available. Extra pool out bed and extra mattress available. Valet parking a great and secure way of parking.

Pros: I really liked the property, it felt like a perfect home away from home. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the little touches that made the stay relaxing like cozy furniture, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was ideal, close to everything I wanted to see and do, yet still quiet enough to unwind after a busy day. The host was also incredibly responsive and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was the kind of place that made my trip more enjoyable and stress-free

Pros: Exactly as pictured! Lorena was quick to answer any questions we had! Great view, quiet building. Pool and beach were so close l!

Cons: Not many restaurants in the area, Ubered to the Broadwalk for most meals.

Pros: The location and view of the apartment were excellent, offering a beautiful ocean view. The apartment featured upgraded flooring and was equipped with beach and kitchen supplies. The valet service was convenient, though there was a small additional fee. You need to pay an extra $30 for a key fob, which is not refundable. The owner was responsive to messages.

Cons: The apartment was old (structure, old doors, walls, and windows)and had mold spots in the bathroom due to a lack of ventilation. The air ducts were heavily dusted, and the AC was either on or off, as the temperature sensor malfunctioned.
