Struttura molto bella e ben attrezzata, l'assistenza clienti da migliorare

Pros: Soggiorno fantastico, un hotel di design firmato Pininfarina. La vista è mozzafiato, il balcone perfetto per rilassarsi, e i servizi sono eccellenti: palestra, piscina, supermercato a due passi e posizione ottima per esplorare la zona. Consigliatissimo!

Cons: Tuttavia, ho riscontrato un disguido con la prenotazione e, purtroppo, l’assistenza ricevuta dal personale non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative, risultando arrogante nel risolvere il problema.
