Pros: Great room, great location and a great host. We enjoyed our stay for the holidays very much.

Pros: It was an awesome space, well equipped in my opinion - I did do some cooking as well and used the fridge quite a bit. It was like my own little space for a short week. The area just in the patio is actually really nice to just sit and have coffee or sit on the computer or just sit and look at the small lake. It's quiet and the comfortable beds make for a nice sleep.

Cons: I thought it would be more centrally located to the walking area of Fort Lauderdale. It's about a 35 minute walk, and it would have been nice to be a little bit closer, but it's also nice that it's tucked away and quiet as well. The neighborhood felt very quiet and safe So pick your battles I suppose.

Basic but convenient apartment with a cute outdoor space

Pros: There were excellent bus links nearby, the back porch looking onto the river was lovely & there were some issues when I got there but the host sorted them all out quickly.

Cons: You need to take your own hairdryer (though in request I was provided with one), and although the streets the accommodation is on are lovely, as soon as you get to the main road it feels a bit sketchy, I didn’t feel comfortable walking around there main road area after dark by myself. A ton opener would be a welcome addition.

Pros: The property was modern and spacious. It was very clean and provided all the essentials that we required during our stay

Pros: Thoroughly enjoyed waking up next to the river and having coffee watching ducks, iguanas and turtles. Management was very responsive and fixed the minor problem of Kitchen pans missing. Location to airport is great and beach is one straight drive down Broward dr. (15 Minutes). This studio was very comfortable and provided everything needed for a great stay.

Cons: Kitchen utensils could be upgraded.

Pros: the balcony, waking up to a view, quiet area, the bed was soft

Cons: some how the water was leaking from the bathroom into the room, some of my clothes got wet and had to go a wash house near by. the stairs are creaky whenever you walk on them.

Pros: I like how fast the owner responds and I got into an accident they allowed me to park my car at the location until it got fixed

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I had a great stay at this modern Riverview apartment! The location is perfect—very convenient with grocery stores nearby and affordable Uber prices to get around. The view of the river was beautiful and relaxing, with a nice hammock swing that i accidentally sprained my toe on lol so be careful getting off of it! The bed was very comfortable, and the TV/ small kitchenette made it easy to unwind after a long day of work. The AC was definitely loud, but it blasted nice cold air, which was perfect for the miami heat. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with a great mix of comfort, convenience, and nature. The hosts were very responsive/ attentive. Highly recommend!

Cons: There is an ant trail next to the door/ near the ceiling. The porch door is a bit heavy so it makes a lot of noise getting in/ out. Walls also need a slight repaint. Nothing major place was a vibe!

Pros: Comfortable bed and plenty of room for me and my kid.

Cons: The walls and base boards in some areas could use a cleaning or paint but other than that it was a good stay
