Great apartment for a family stay near the beach!

Pros: The apartment is spacious and has a cupboard containing things for the beach like beach towels and a cart. This is great as it saves you needing to bring them!

Cons: There is almost nothing we didn't like but there are some missing slats from the blind in the second room which made it hard to keep the room dark for our daughter in the morning,

Pros: Excellent location . Very close to beach. We used the free Sunny Isles shuttle to go around. The apartment was large and bright. Aside from the 2 bedrooms there were pull out beds in the hall. Kitchen Very well equipped. Crockery Kitchen warehouse towels linen etc more than required. Owner was kind enough to allow us to check in earlier.

Cons: Washing machine was not 8n the apartment. It was for use of the entire floor and chargeable. In room description it was mentioned that apartment included Washing machine

Pros: Estaba todo muy preparado, con carrito, reposeras, sombrilla, y todo lo que se necesita para pasarla muy bien

Cons: Durante la estadia solo se puede utilizar un ascensor del fondo para salida a la playa y al estar en el tercer piso tuvimos que bajar con el carrito por la escalera porque venia siempre lleno el ascensor, incluso varios dias el ascensor no funciono

Cons: There is a little construction going on that can be heard throughout the condos which at times can be very annoying

Depto amplio falta aseo y mantencion

Pros: Departamento muy bien ubicado, a pasos de la playa. Cómodo y amplio. Lo malo es que falta aseo profundo en general a todo y se nota que no se invierte ya que le falta mantencion y la mayoría de los muebles, electrodomésticos y losa son viejos.
