Deluxe apartments at the Congress

Pros: Accommodation in the center of restaurants and events. Swimming pool on the roof of the hotel, great service. Apartment with kitchen and refrigerator.

Pros: Love how close it was to the beach. View from the pool was amazing

Cons: It was quite loud neighbourhood. If you are a deep sleeper there wont be a problem

Pros: Location, room. Don't know why there are so many bad reviews. For this price, it is a very good place to stay.

Pros: The location of the apartment is amazing. The beach is just few minutes walking distance from the apartment also the bus stop to the city is just around the corner. The room was well equipped, it was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay and we would come back.

Pros: I am local - I live in Miami. I am an Event Producer and produce over 6 events a year on SOBE. Historically. I have stayed at the Tradewinds up on Pine Tree, but this location was a game-changer. I'd like to better understand what type of inventory you have at this location. Do you have any ADA apts? The tub in this unit will not work for one of our guys. Minor Feedback: The blanket and pillow in the spare closest was not washed. Sadly, I did accidentally get makeup on the shower curtain. Rummeligt værelse med en fantastisk beliggenhed.

Pros: Beliggenheden var helt fantastisk og meget tæt på stranden. Masser af restauranter og barer i nærheden. Og der var en fantastisk udsigt over havet fra altanen.

Cons: Sengen var ikke så stor og madrassen i sovesofaen var meget hård.

Cons: O quarto tem pouco isolamento sonoro, pelo que existem aparelhos de ar condicionado dos edificios ao lado em que o motor está mesmo á janela do quarto deste apartamento. Então é impossivel dormir com o barulho que vem dos aparelhos de ar condicionado. Só quem tem sono pesado consegue dormir bem.

Pros: The location is excellent, and the rooftop pool view is amazing! The apartments are nice—just don’t expect full hotel-style service, as this is an apartment stay. Everything was clean and well-equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cons: El sofá cama es muy chico. No entran dos personas. La cafetera no funciona. No pude contactarme nunca con los propietarios. Desde que hice la reserva hasta incluso estando en el departamento, envié varios mails, llamé por teléfono y nunca nadie se comunicó conmigo
