Isle of Venice Residence and Marina

Very enjoyable 3 night stay, excellent pleasant staff and good communication from owner.

Pros: Large comfortable living room/kitchen/dining area. Every appliance /utensil you could need is supplied. We didn’t cook but for larger groups/families would be ideal. Seperate bedroom with en-suite. Well kept grounds and entire property well secured. 20 minute walk to beach and 20 walk to restaurants/shopping. Great to have on site parking. Car is a must to explore more of the Fort Lauderdale area - although ride shares are readily accessible.

Cons: No private balcony - although our unit had a couple of comfortable chairs outside the entrance on the walkway. To be fair we didn’t specify a balcony but during the warmer evenings would be nice.

Pros: Excellent location, nice quiet neighbourhood but so close to all the restaurants and shops on Las Olas Boulevard. The apartment was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed and more for our 4 night stay. We especially loved the private balcony which had very comfortable furniture overlooking the canal. We would definitely return if we ever visit Fort Lauderdale again.

Pros: Plenty of options to do your own with all the facilities required in the apartment, or easy walk or drive to so many other places.

Cons: When booking the description said sea views, which is not the case .

Ideal apartment for a family holidays in Fort Lauderdale

Pros: - Room as advertised and like in photos, spacious living room/dinning room, emperor size double bed which meant that as a family of three we did not have to use sofa bed in the end - nice patio with marina view - modern decor throughout - kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, large cooker) even with dishwasher tablets, coffee capsules etc provided for a short stay - nice swimming pool looking into marina - convenient free parking right outside the building - hotel provides free beach chairs and umbrella - access to a bbq area with seating onto marina - lovely marina location - funky courtyard decor offering good vibes

Cons: - kitchen itself was nice but on a small side with two people not able to cook well together - location worked well for us but it is 15-20 minutes walk to the beach and 10-15 minutes walk to Las Olas - owner did not provide any check-in instructions, we had to chase him on arrival via phone provided. There should be more clear instructions as to the check-in process

Pros: Our second stay in this property. Both were fine. Rooms were clean, communication was easy.

Cons: There was above average amount of mosquitos in the area. Hotel might have done garden spraying more often to reduce the amount of mosquitos. It is hıghly recommended to have mosquito spray with you.

Perfect accomisj

Pros: Great location, mid-way between the beach and city. Great size for 2 people. Fantastic host .

Pros: This place is the perfect location, short walk to Las Olas and short walk the other way to beachfront. Free parking right outside the rooms. Nice quiet pool area, rooms were clean and tidy and all as expected. Will stay again when in the area.

Pros: The location and facility were excellent, the room was very nice.

Cons: The bed mattress needs to be replaced.

Pros: A nice spacious room, very comfortable, good mattras, kitchen well equipped. Nice pool to strech your muscles.

Cons: The person in charge on the Day of arrival did not know we arrived a day later; she was not informed well by the owner!! The entrance-code did not work. Room number was not known to us nor to the very nice and helpfull lady Margareth!! Problem was solved after a while but should not have happened.
