Our Cityview suites oversee a vast expanse of waterways and the magnificent silhouette of the City of Miami. In our Oceanview rooms and suites you will enjoy a partial view of the Atlantic Ocean. In our Oceanfront rooms and suites enjoy the magical ocean front views that literally fills the window pane!

All rooms have the following amenities:

• Fully Equipped Kitchens with refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee/tea maker, cookware, and dishes.
• Full length mirrored closets. Iron/ironing board, Alarm Clock, Voice Mail, Climate Controlled Air conditioning.
• 27" Color Televisions with Cable TV with HBO.
• Dial-up in room Internet access (surcharge) and free WIFI internet access in the lobby and restaurant area.
• Free In-room safe.
• Non Smoking and Smoking rooms.
• Also enjoy complimentary coffee and tea.
• Shower/tub combination provides shampoo, body wash, and "body wash sponge". Hand and face soap is provided at sink basin as well as Designer toiletries and a Hair dryer.

Rollaway beds available at $30.00 per day plus 13% tax including breakfast for the extra person. Cribs are complimentary but are subject to advance reservations and availability. We now offer complimentary wifi in all rooms.

Cityview Double

Two double beds. Intracoastal Waterway view. Located on floors 4–10. 350 square feet.
Priced for 2 persons. Sleeps 4 persons with an extra person charge of $15.00 plus tax for the 3rd and 4th person and 1 additional person allowed with a rollaway bed $30.00 plus 13% tax, includes breakfast for each extra person.

Cityview King

1 king bed. Intracoastal Waterway view. Located on floors 4–10. 350 square feet.
Sleeps 2 persons and 1 additional person allowed with a rollaway bed $30.00 plus 13% tax, includes breakfast for each extra person.

Oceanview Double

2 double beds. Partial Oceanview. Located on floors 4–10. 350 square feet.

One Bedroom Suite

Our one bedroom suites are large and spacious and offer full kitchens including refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, cookware and service for four (4). Luxury on two levels and most have two balconys. Some one bedrooms are flats. Kitchen, Dining Room and Living room on the first level. One bedroom suites with a half bath on the first floor and a full bath on the second floor. Most sleeping configurations are a King bed or two double beds in the Master bedroom and the living room has a double sleeper sofa allowing 2 guests for overnight accommodations. Additional persons up to 4 allowed with a rollaways bed $30.00 each plus 13% tax, includes breakfast for each extra person.

Two bedrooms Townhouse

Our two bedroom townhouse suites are large and spacious and offer full kitchens including refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, pots & pans and service for four (4). Luxury on two levels and most have two balconys. Kitchen, Dining Room and Living room on the first level. Two bedrooms with full baths on the second floor. Most sleeping configurations are a King bed in the Master bedroom and two beds in the second bedroom. The living room has a double sleeper sofa allowing 6 guests for overnight accommodations. Additional persons allowed maximum 8 with rollaway beds $30.00 each plus 13% tax, includes breakfast for each extra person.
